Your Path to a New You On November 1, 2025, the space opens for the first time for my year-long online program—a safe circle for women who are ready to delve deeper into healing, embodiment, and growth. You can expect monthly energy sessions, inspiring masterclasses, and a supportive community that will guide you throughout the year. The recordings will be available for 12 months. 🌑 Inner Alignment Each month, around the new moon, we will immerse ourselves in an Inner Alignment session together. You will lie relaxed on your yoga mat while music and energy work guide you into a deep state of awareness. Emotional, physical, and spiritual processes are allowed to emerge and transform. After the approximately 60-minute session, there will be an optional sharing session and space for discussion. 💜 Your Community All sessions take place online via Zoom. You will receive the access details by email and in our WhatsApp group no later than the day before each session. Joining is possible even after the program has started.
