Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the deadline expires.
Consequences of the revocation
If you cancel this contract, I will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which I received your cancellation notice.
I will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction.
Expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
the service has been fully performed OR
I have started providing the service – with your express consent – before the end of the withdrawal period (e.g., scheduling an appointment, starting the coaching, providing access to materials, WhatsApp support).
This applies in particular to:
Coaching & mentoring programs
hypnosis
Inner Alignment
Rapé / cocoa / aromatic oil sessions
Online Intensive
Human Design Evaluations
By agreeing to the commencement of the service provision, you waive your right of withdrawal.

Refund policy
1. Refunds for online sessions & online intensives
Free cancellation:
– up to 7 days in advance
Free rebooking:
– up to 48 hours in advance
No refund:
– in case of later cancellations
– in case of no-show
– if the session has already started
2. Refund for on-site appointments / Business Days / In-Person Intensives
Free cancellation:
– up to 10 days in advance
Free rebooking:
– up to 7 days in advance
No refund:
– in case of later cancellation
– in case of no-show
– in the event of travel or hotel costs already incurred by the provider
(these are always fully refundable)
3. Reimbursement for mentoring programs (e.g., Feminine Alignment)
No refunds are possible after the program has started.
A cancellation does not release you from the obligation to pay.
Services already rendered, energy preparation, access to materials and reserved capacities preclude refunds.
Installment payments must be made in full.
4. Refunds for Human Design Readings
No refunds once:
the analysis has begun or
Preparations have started (data has been processed)
5. Refund of digital products
If you sell digital content:
No right of withdrawal once access has been provided
(in accordance with § 356 para. 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB), if the customer has consented)
6. Cancellation by the provider
If the provider has to terminate a session or program for important reasons:
Will an alternative date be offered?
ORA partial refund will be issued for services not rendered.
7. Illness or emergencies
The provider may, as a courtesy, rebook in individual cases, but is not obliged to do so.
There is no legal entitlement.
8. Special cases (force majeure)
In the event of circumstances beyond the provider's control (e.g., power outage, internet disruption, illness of the provider), the appointment will be rescheduled free of charge.
Refunds are only issued if no replacement service is possible.
9. Chargebacks
In the event of returned direct debits, the participant bears the following costs:
Bank fees
Payment arrears
Possible late payment fees
